The MESOAQUA network offers European and non-European researchers Transnational Access to a range of mesocosm facilities in contrasting pelagic environments located throughout Europe.
This LAST CALL is now open to apply for TA activities from January to July 2012. The application DEADLINE is 30 SEPTEMBER 2011, 12:00 CET.

MESOAQUA - Fourth Call for Transnational Access to European Mesocosm Facilities
The MESOAQUA network now offers European and non-European researchers Transnational Access to a range of mesocosm facilities in contrasting environments located in different pelagic aquatic environments throughout Europe.
THIS CALL is open for TA activities in the second half of 2011 at three mesocosm facilities located in Bergen (Norway), Montpellier/Sete (France), and Heraklion (Greece).
The application DEADLINE is 31 MARCH 2011

Job Opportunity: Marine Systems Modeller – CO2 impacts. (PML, UK)
Post aims to tackle one of the principal scientific challenges in current marine ecosystem research: to understand and ultimately predict how marine systems respond to high CO2, in particular ocean acidification (OA) and hypothetical leaks from carbon capture and storage (CCS). The focus will be on ecosystem dynamics and biogeochemical cycles in shelf sea benthic systems.
